Keenan will lead the function for the government technical services and enterprise information technology (IT) business. Allen will be appointed to lead HR, focused on delivering science and technology solutions in three high-growth markets reflecting high priority, long-term global needs in national security, engineering, and health.

?Brian and Sarah bring the experience, outstanding talent and genuine passion to these roles that we need in order for our planned new companies to succeed,? said John Jumper, SAIC Chairman and CEO. ?SAIC?s most valuable resource has always been its people, and I am confident that Brian and Sarah?s efforts will only help develop and strengthen that resource.?
