About The Reserve: Situated on the bank of the River Thames, the 408ha RSPB Rainham Marshes is one of the RSPB's flagship urban fringe nature reserves where an award winning visitor centre attracts a diverse and growing annual audience of 50 000 visits. The education team inspires over 4000 young people about nature every year with 'Outstanding' teaching, as rated by our Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge.

About The Job: The successful candidate will join our dedicated education team delivering outstanding outdoor, hands on, engaging education sessions to a variety of audiences.

About You: You are an enthusiastic and committed outdoor educator, passionate about enthusing young people through positive first-hand experience of the natural world. With a sound educational background you are innovative and creative, adept at developing teaching programmes linked to national curricula guidelines. You are an excellent communicator with a friendly can do attitude and someone who wants to be part of an inspiring team.

Salary

?11.12 per hour

Hours: Part time, As and when required
