The Business Development Specialist is responsible for presenting and marketing our

position requires working in collaborative environment while still remaining competitive.
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must be competent in cold calling, selling, negotiation and overcoming objections.
- ?Must be a great listener with ability speak with a diverse group of people.
- ?Experience in Business to Business sales is strongly preferred with prior experience in speaking with senior executives and owners.
- ?Candidate must Exhibit good tenure with prior employers with a strong desire for a long term career in sales.
- ?Comfortable working in high quota environment. However focus is placed on results and not on number of calls.
- ?Must have prior experience working in a telecommuting environment.
- ?Must have a Complete Home Office.
- ?Automotive experience would be good but not necessary.
- Candidate does not have to be from Dallas or Texas.
Compensation:
This begins as a very aggressive commission based position.
First year associate on an average can expect to earn above $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
