The Business Development Specialist is responsible for presenting and marketing our

position requires working in collaborative environment while still remaining competitive.

Position Requirements:

• Candidate must be competent in cold calling, selling, negotiation and overcoming objections.
• ?Must be a great listener with ability speak with a diverse group of people.
• ?Experience in Business to Business sales is strongly preferred with prior experience in speaking with senior executives and owners.
• ?Candidate must Exhibit good tenure with prior employers with a strong desire for a long term career in sales.
• ?Comfortable working in high quota environment. However focus is placed on results and not on number of calls.
• ?Must have prior experience working in a telecommuting environment.
• ?Must have a Complete Home Office.
• ?Automotive experience would be good but not necessary.
• Candidate does not have to be from Dallas or Texas.

Compensation:
This begins as a very aggressive commission based position.

First year associate on an average can expect to earn above $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
